Questions about the Odoo checkup and your database

Is it safe? Does it change my data?

It is read-only: STYD never changes anything in your Odoo or your database. Every number comes from your own records: the AI finds and explains them, it never makes them up. For a database, connect with a read-only user.

Do I need to know SQL?

No. You ask in plain words, in English or French. On a database, you can still see the SQL query behind each answer if you want to check it.

Which Odoo versions work?

Odoo 15 and later, on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or on-premise. Connect with an Odoo API key, or the free STYD Bridge module on Odoo.sh or on-premise. If Odoo blocks external access on your plan, we’ll tell you clearly.

Which databases work?

PostgreSQL and MySQL. STYD connects with the database login you give it; we recommend a read-only user.

What is free?

The Odoo checkup and the database report are free. You also start with 20 free prompts (one prompt is one answer), with no time limit and no card needed, on one Odoo and one database connection.

What does it cost after?

Plans go from $9 a month (200 prompts) to $49 a month (2,000 prompts). Every plan works on Odoo, PostgreSQL and MySQL, and yearly billing saves 20%.
