Data and documents in one answer
When a question needs both your data and your documents, STYD answers from both in one answer, each part under its own label.
An example
“What did we invoice Northwind this year, and what discount does their contract allow?” The figure comes from your database or Odoo, the discount from the signed contract you uploaded.
How the answer reads
Each part has its label: From your database or From Odoo, and From your documents.
The part that answers the main question comes first.
The data part keeps its table and its “How I found this”. The documents part keeps its citations [1], [2], which open the passage they come from.
A General knowledge part can follow when the question asks for advice or an explanation. See General questions and advice.
When one side finds nothing
The answer gives the part that found something, and a short line for the other one, such as “Your data doesn't show this.” If neither side finds anything, STYD answers as it would for a single source.
Check each figure against its label
A figure in your data and a figure in a document can differ: an invoice total and a contract amount are not always the same thing. Each figure stays in its own part, under its source, so you can tell where it comes from.
Where it works
In a conversation on a database or Odoo connection, with ready documents in the workspace.
A conversation on Uploaded files answers from your files only.
Claude and ChatGPT receive both parts too, without the general part.
Prompts
One answer with both parts counts once: 1 prompt.
