Monthly limits
Each plan includes a number of prompts per month: Starter 200, Business 600 and Team 2,000. Every plan works on Odoo, PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Why there is a monthly number
You know how many answers the plan includes each month.
A defined allowance keeps the service responsive for all workspaces.
When the monthly prompts reset
On a monthly plan, the plan prompts are reset at each renewal. Yearly plans are billed once a year and refill the same monthly prompts every month. Unused plan prompts do not carry over to the next month. The included AI Guide setups for databases follow the same monthly cycle and do not carry over either.
When a plan starts
Free trial prompts that are left when a plan starts end; they are not added to the plan. Top-up prompts are never touched by a plan change or a monthly reset.
Need more?
The workspace owner can move to a plan with more prompts, or buy top-up prompts at any time: they never expire and are used after the plan prompts. For a larger volume than Team, contact us through the support page. Prices are on the Pricing page.
