Upgrade flow
Every plan works on Odoo, PostgreSQL and MySQL; plans differ by the number of prompts per month and by the AI Guide setups for databases. Only the workspace owner can choose or change the plan. Prices are on the Pricing page.
Choosing or changing a plan
Without an active plan, the owner chooses one on the Pricing page and pays with Stripe. With an active plan, the owner changes or cancels it from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, in the Stripe billing portal.
What happens to your prompts
Upgrade: the extra prompts of the new plan are added right away to the prompts you have left.
Downgrade: you keep your current prompts until the next renewal; then the new plan's monthly prompts apply.
Free trial prompts that are left when the first plan starts end; they are not added to the plan.
Top-up prompts are never affected by a plan change.
Payments
Charges for a plan change are calculated by Stripe and shown in the billing portal before you confirm. Invoices are listed in Settings → Billing.
