Over quota behavior
When a workspace has no prompts left, new questions are not run until prompts are added. Nothing is charged for a question that is not run.
What happens
In STYD chat, a message says the workspace has no prompts left. Through the API the request is refused with 402 no_credits, and AI apps receive a message explaining what to do. Your conversations and data are not affected, and your connections and the Business Checkup stay available.
When the free trial is used up
A workspace on the free trial sees a message that its free prompts are used. The trial also stops if many questions were started and did not end in an answer. In that case the message asks you to contact us. With a plan or a top-up, the workspace can keep asking.
What to do
Open Settings → Usage to see the prompts left and the next reset date.
The workspace owner can buy top-up prompts (with or without a plan) or choose or change the plan in Settings → Billing. While the workspace has prompts, every feature stays open.
Otherwise, the plan prompts come back at the next reset.
If you are not the owner, ask the owner of the workspace. Admins and members cannot buy prompts.
Plan up front for heavy use
If you expect to use STYD heavily, choose a plan with enough monthly prompts, or keep top-up prompts in reserve: they never expire. Prices are on the Pricing page.
