Where this knowledge lives
Recurring terms can be clarified in two complementary places: AI Guide (AI Guide) descriptions on tables and columns, and Brief your assistant, where your business terms (SQL databases) or your definitions and words (Odoo) are captured.
Only approved knowledge from Brief your assistant influences answers. Nothing is applied automatically, an owner or admin reviews and approves it first.
