Workspace-level restrictions
The workspace is the main boundary in STYD. Connections, members, settings, and usage all belong to a workspace.

Add people to the right workspace
Because access follows the workspace, only add a person to a workspace if they should work with that workspace's connections and data. Keeping membership tidy is a simple, effective control.
Use separate workspaces to keep different clients, environments, or teams apart when their data should not mix.
The workspace is the boundary between companies. Inside a workspace, what a member can use is set per member (see User-specific restrictions): there is no switch that hides a table from the whole workspace.
Isolation at a glance
A workspace works with its own connections and data and does not reach into another workspace. This is a boundary inside STYD; it does not replace the database and Odoo permissions that protect the underlying data.
