Table access controls
STYD provides a table-level control in the AI Guide so owners and admins can decide which tables each member can use.
Where it lives
Open Settings → AI Guide, select a table, and use Table visibility for users.
What you can control
Per-member visibility
For each table, choose the members it is hidden from. A hidden table is refused by STYD's SQL check for that member, not only left out of planning.

No workspace-wide switch
To hide a table from everyone, hide it from each member. New members start with no table hidden, so repeat it when they join.

These controls are managed by owners and admins. Members can use STYD but do not change visibility settings.
A control inside STYD
Table access controls shape what STYD exposes to a member. They are an additional layer and do not replace database or Odoo permissions, which remain the primary access boundary. These controls are available on every plan.
