How Odoo support works

STYD reads your Odoo data read-only: contacts, products, sales, invoices and payments, purchases and stock. It does not read CRM, Projects or other Odoo apps. The AI Guide of an Odoo connection gives it a better understanding of your Odoo models.

STYD connects to Odoo in two ways: with an Odoo API key (Odoo 15 to 20; Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or on-premise) or with the STYD Bridge module (Odoo 15 to 19; Odoo.sh or on-premise, because Odoo Online does not allow custom modules).
