After you sign in, you land in Chat. STYD has already created a workspace for you, with fictional sample companies you can question right away.

The workspace name at the top of the menu opens the workspace switcher: switch workspace, rename it (owners and admins) or create a new one. Everything you see belongs to the workspace that is selected.
Try it before you connect anything
Pick a sample company, click a suggested question or type your own. Each question uses 1 prompt.
Your first 20 prompts are free. Every feature is open while you have prompts, with or without a plan; a plan makes prompts cheaper and adds AI Guide setups every month.

A database can be used in Chat as soon as it is saved; STYD then offers to build its AI Guide. An Odoo connection can be used once Odoo has been read.

If you were invited to a workspace, you join that one instead of getting a new one.
Best practice
Before asking important questions, confirm that you are in the correct workspace and that the right connection is selected.
Most confusion happens when users are in the wrong workspace or asking about a different connection than they meant.
