Drafts: emails and messages

Ask STYD to draft an email, a message or a note. It writes the draft for you to copy. STYD never sends anything.

How to ask

“Draft a polite payment reminder for a customer.”
After a data answer: “Write an email to that customer about the overdue invoices.”
“Rédige un message pour annoncer une hausse de tarif de 3 %.”

What you get

The draft appears in its own block, labelled Draft, with a Copy the draft button and the line “Not sent: copy it to your mail.” It carries the General knowledge label: it is written text, not a result read from your data.

Figures in a draft come only from your question or from the answers above it in the conversation.
Names and details STYD does not know are left in [brackets] for you to fill in.
The draft is written in the language of your question.

STYD never sends or changes anything

STYD reads your data and cannot send emails or messages, schedule anything, or write to your database or Odoo. On Odoo, a request such as “email that customer and update their payment terms” gets a short note that nothing was changed, then the draft.

Through the API

With format=email, a draft is returned as the body of the email, with the subject STYD suggests, and nothing around it. See the API overview.

Prompts

A draft counts like any other answer: 1 prompt.
